Central Freight Lines Inc. is a local LTL carrier that operates in the Southeast and Southwest regions of the United States. For most of its existence, it was the largest and longest cargo carrier in Texas. In 2021, it was ranked 21st on Transportation Topics’ list of top LTL providers in the US with anticipated sales of US$256 millions.
CFL’s activities were supported by 76 ports in 16 US states, of which 20 were located in Texas. CFL participated in the Environmental Protection Agency’s SmartWay Transportation Partnership.
